I really enjoyed all the little details you guys included in your presentation, almost like fun facts about Faulkner! I could tell you guys really put in a lot of effort into researching him as a writer and as a person. In all honesty nothing really comes to mind in terms of being less polished, online presentations have their glitches but I thought you guys handled them nicely!
ReplyDeleteI really enjoyed learning more about William Faulkner and his writings! There was a lot of interesting background information you guys shared. I thought it was interesting how his biggest influence he used for his writings is the south because that’s where he is from. Learning a bit more about his philosophy would’ve been a nice touch but the whole presentation was put together really well!
ReplyDeleteI found your presentation incredibly interesting. I really liked how you talked about his beliefs and writing style, that part of your presentation really resonated with me.
ReplyDeleteIf I had to give a minor criticism, I would say that I wish you had talked a little more about his life; you spent almost all of your time talking about Faulkner as a writer (which I know was the point of the assignment) I just wish you spent a little more time talking about Faulkner as a person.

William Faulkner
I liked this presentation because it was chalked full of very interesting information about William Faulkner. My favorite parts included the discussion about his style of writing and his prevalent topics. I was very interested about the part about “Stream of Consciousness” I would have liked to heard a definition for “Stream of Consciousness” it just seems like a very interesting concept. I would have also liked to hear about his influence on today’s society and movements. But all together, I really loved listening to this presentation!

I really enjoyed learning about William Faulkner. I think you guys did a great job presenting all the
information you guys had found on him. The most interesting thing to me was the importance of
“stream of consciousness” to him, and how much it influenced his writing. There isn’t really anything
that comes to mind when it comes to giving a constructive criticisms. It was a thorough and well
researched presentation.
I loved all the detail you guys presented on all the slides. I had no clue what “stream of consciousness” was, but learning how it affected him and his writing was really cool! Besides the outside factors, I can’t think of anything you guys really needed to improve!
