1. What was memorable was on the first page, where Hugo talked about what "the real world" meant. He also talked about how is a factory more "real" than college. Hugo also shares how in his time of working at college, he has had his share of ex-cons, victims of sexual assault and etc.

2. The first thing is don't take something big all at once, take it at small steps at a time. The second thing is you need to structure your writing instead of going head first into it. I know because when I started writing my book, I only had the idea of what I wanted the book to be about. I didn't plan it out or write out how long the chapters would be or what they would be about.
